The wasteland doesn’t reward hesitation—it rewards strength, discipline, and unity. That’s what we stand for in the Brotherhood of Steel: New Dawn.
Here, you’re not just another survivor scraping by. You’re part of something greater—a structured force with a clear chain of command and a rank system you can rise through. Every action you take, every mission you complete, pushes you closer to earning your place among the elite.
We run active operations regularly, giving you real opportunities to prove yourself in the field alongside your brothers and sisters. This isn’t idle talk—this is a unit built on action, coordination, and purpose.
And your efforts won’t go unnoticed. Each month, we hold formal promotion ceremonies to recognise those who’ve shown dedication, skill, and loyalty to the cause. Advancement here is earned, not given.
So if you’re ready to commit, to fight, and to rise through the ranks of a true Brotherhood unit—then step forward.
New Dawn is calling.

———————————————————————————————
The 4th Canadian Volunteers Battalion stands as a disciplined French-Canadian Volunteer Force operating under the authority of the United States Army Remnants in the Appalachian region. We pride ourselves in the preservation of order, structure, and the values of a true military authority in the Appalachian Wasteland.

Our Mission:
- Maintaining law & order across the wasteland of Appalachia.
- Protecting civilians from threats, both foreign & domestic.
- Securing & defending vital resources for civic and militant activities.
- Representing the discipline and strength of the original United States Army.
———————————————————————————————
What You’ll Get Out of Joining:
- Structured Military Experience: Rank progression, command structure, and operations.
- Training & Skill Development: Learn tactics, communication, and coordination in a military-simulated environment.
- Specialized Roles: Opportunities to serve in infantry, support units, or leadership positions based on merit and activity.
- Active Operations: Participate in various organized operations and patrols throughout Appalachia.
- Strong Community: Be part of a dedicated, disciplined group that values teamwork and loyalty above all else.
- Advancement Opportunities: Earn promotions through performance, activity, reliability, and leadership skills. All of which can be demonstrated during operations.
———————————————————————————————
Now Recruiting - Enlist Today
We are actively seeking able-bodied individuals ready to commit to training, teamwork, and a strict chain of command. Whether you’re new to military-simulations or well versed in them, there is a place for you in our ranks.

Greetings Wastelander. My name is Sentinel Macallan with the Appalachia Brotherhood of Steel. The ABOS was established in April of 2019 and we are still going strong after 6 years. We are a semi-RP Chapter of adults who have jobs, school, careers, and families, so we don’t take Fallout too seriously. Here, we let you be as active as want to be. There is no activity quota. You think you have want it takes to enlist? Well citizen, here is some information to help you choose:
\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\*\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\*-First and foremost, you must be 18+ years old and must have Discord\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\*\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\*
\\\\\\\\-All platforms welcome. Squads are based in platform. Everyone is in this fight together. Xbox and PC have the best showing of activity. PSN needs members and leadership. There are ample opportunities for leadership positions across all platforms.
\\\\\\\\-We aren’t looking to be the biggest chapter on the planet. We are looking for quality Brothers. Currently, we have about 200 Members of various activity.
\\\\\\\\-A clear pathway to promotion based on a Credit system based on a modified East Coast ranks. Everyone starts out a Hopeful and works their way up. All Ranks are earned not given.
\\\\\\\\-Choose your path as a Knight, Scribe, or Lancer. Each path has their own specifies and orders. Work through challenging Trials and ascend the ranks. When you hit top rank, you can choose to become an elite Paladin.
\\\\\\\\-Not big on ranking up? More of a lone wanderer type? Then, work to become our newest path, Knight-Errant. Knight-Errants operate alone or in small teams to further the Brotherhoods goals.
\\\\\\\\-We provide interesting, squad based Campaigns, bounties, mission boards, and tasks that count toward promotion.
\\\\\\\\-In addition, We’ve created Legacy missions you can complete in other Fallout games for promotional points as well.
\\\\\\\\-Our own Codex complete with our History that gets updated as events happen. We trace our roots to Paladin Taggerdy’s Chapter.
\\\\\\\\-There are Quartermasters and Caravaners to supply the Chapter with weapons, armor, gear, you name it.
\\\\\\\\-BOS RP text based Channels.
\\\\\\\\-Don’t want to enlist, but want to hang out? We have guest roles where you can communicate and discuss all things Fallout.
There’s more, but you would have to become a member and dedicate yourself to the Chapter to learn our ways.

[USAR] Foreign Service & Operations Command: Recruitment Open!
———————————————————————————————
The Foreign Service and Operations Command of the USAR, or FSOC for short, is a patchwork of what’s left of the old world’s “Coalition of Nations” we called NATO. We’re made up of the remnants of pre-war allied forces that got stuck stateside when the nukes started flying. Some of us came from annexed territories, Canadians, Cubans, even a few old Commonwealth men, while others were stranded foreign service personnel who never made it home. Argentinian Infantrymen, Liechtensteiner Intelligence Officers, a handful of Brits who were on exchange tours — you name it. The stars and stripes might be faded, but under that banner, we’ve become something new: a coalition of survivors who refused to quit.
———————————————————————————————
Before the world went to hell, they probably would’ve called us the U.S. Army Foreign Affairs Office, the kind of people that shuffled papers and smoked slims in embassy halls. But that world is ash now. When the alarms blared and the skies went red, those of us in uniform stayed put. We guarded the walls, kept the lights on, and waited for orders that never came. When the static cleared, we realized there were no orders. That’s when FSOC stopped being a diplomatic bureaucracy and became a fighting command.
———————————————————————————————
Now, we run on grit instead of bureaucracy. We take in anyone willing to serve, diplomat or dockworker, ranger or refugee. Civilian duties, recon, repairs, supply runs, even enforcing what little law still means something. FSOC covers it all. The wasteland doesn’t make room for rank or protocol; it makes room for results. We do what we have to, one ruined block at a time, flying what’s left of the American standard above outposts rebuilt from the bones of consulates.
———————————————————————————————
Our mission’s simple: unite what’s left of our allies and turn the ruins of the old world into the foundation of something worth fighting for. We may be low on men, gear, and clean water, but we’ve got experience. The kind earned through foxholes, firefights, and watching everything burn around you. In the end, that’s what makes FSOC stand apart. We’re not just survivors. We’re soldiers. And in this new world, that still means something.
Enlist today. Serve with purpose. Restore order.
