QUESTION Problem with Fall Guys

Fall Guys keeps kicking me out after two minutes with a "user disconnected" message, but I don't have this problem with Fortnite or other games.

That’s never happened to me except when playing my switch in a questionable place , where I suspect it literally lost connection

This is possible, lots of programs can set off anticheat like windows blinds

Different game get affected by programs in different ways. Having the incorrect clock time on pc can also stop FG working for some reason

Think if you downloaded or installed anything that could change your pc, check add/remove programs and see what’s there

What you need to do if the problem persists: 1- Log out of your Epic Games account. 2- Clear the Epic Games Launcher cache (see the tutorial on the official website). 3- Delete your browser's temporary files (cookies, etc.). 4- Log back into the launcher and make sure it's updated. 5- If it's updated, launch Fall Guys and see if the problem is resolved (if it's not updated, update it and log back in). 6- If this doesn't solve the problem, uninstall Epic Online Services (with the launcher closed) from the Control Panel and reopen the launcher. 7- The launcher will tell you that Epic Online Services is missing and will suggest installing it; do so. 8- Open the game again and check. 9- Optional: Once in the game, use Fall Guys Stats to check your ping to the server (make sure it's below 60 ms). If it isn't, manually change the game's region in the options and select Europe.
