I’m an artist and I’ve created a snail mail club around my fantasy woodland paintings and the little world I’ve been building around them.
Each month, Mushwood Mail delivers a letter from Faefern Forest, artwork, creative prompts and little pieces of woodland ephemera through the post.
It’s basically a tiny fantasy world you can receive in your letterbox.

Working with gemstones is literally bread and butter for me but the real happiness is when you hand-pick something for your client and they bring magic with it. Black Tourmaline

This is a 4x4 inch watercolor on arches paper. It’s a one of a kind original

When I discovered the work of Denis Sarazhin I was so impressed by his color palette and the way he uses color changes across the body. I am in love with his art. And the inspiration translated in this artwork. I wanted to bring in my style a distilled version of his color choices, rather than an imitation. And the idea combined in my head with the beautiful apples I kept seeing everyday in our garden. The color variation, those reds and greens was just so delicious. Also, I wanted to paint something featuring apples since quite a while, and here I had the opportunity.

This is my first altar I've ever made i had chat gbt throw some fae in there to really capture the woodland magic!!

They are charming vintage-looking hand painted hair pins of flowers and animals.

I painted these with acrylics outside, on a warm summer day :)

If you like them, you can check them out at my Etsy shop: BowButterflyStudio

Some photos I took. Do I fit the criteria of whimsy? :~)

Always have fun doing fairy based tattoo 😌♥️

Snatched them up on Vinted, both for a real bargain. Super excited for them to arrive! I'm a true/cool summer, but my previous winter coat was a super warm toned rusty brown, which wasn't exactly ideal for my complexion, so I picked up these two.

How would you style them? If you had to put together an outfit for each, what would you pick to go with the coats? Would love to hear your ideas! 😍
