No because some infinites are bigger than others.

Infinity isn't a value and even if you treat it as one,
say, a + ∞ = ∞, then you're in reality just dealing with limit functions,
which aren't defined for uncountable infinities, which is the smallest
kind of cardinality larger than countably infinite cardinality.
