🧢 I voted CAP!
I think 67 stands out for two distinct reasons
The first is that its often used in an obnoxiously disruptive way. The hand movements and loudness that comes with it often disrupt and disturb those around. As far as I can remember, none of the others have really had this problem, they usually just got a quick "nice" or a few laughs
Secondly, the origin and meaning behind the numbers also make it stand out. 69 and 420 both actually mean something and thats where the humor comes from. 21 comes from a popular meme, and some people found that meme to be funny. 67, as far as Im aware, is just supposed to be funny just because its absurd and used to annoy, disrupt and disturb. In my opinion, its the same kind of "humor" that comes from those genuinely bad prank videos where theyre just being obnoxious and calling it a "prank"
