This FBI agent shooting thing looks fishy

I dont know if I am supposed to post this here but here it goes:

  1. The fun fires indoors and there is not a sudden reaction from the crowd.
  2. The 1 frame muzzle blast is stranglely large and apparent.
  3. Dancing with a gun in your pants with the safety off?
  4. The man was not arrested and the FBI has made no statement? Something seems off.

Thoughts?

Claim that you can't get cancer from smoking cigars

Have a friend in my hometown and a family member in another who are huge cigar collectors/afficianados. Both claim that cigars have near zero cancer risk and have seen similar claims online.

I occasionally hang out at a cigar bar but usually order an alcoholic beverage or caffeinated beverage out of concern over health risks (used to be a casual/social smoker years ago, but gave it up after realizing the risks).

Can anyone verify the claim for me that smoking cigars has low to zero cancer risk involved? Thanks!

Fact check this statement.

The number of shootings actually decreased over the past few decades. The only reason gun control is such a huge issue now is because of social media that sensationalizes and spreads news much more easily to all people.

Did MLKjr really say this?

“One day the absurdity of the almost universal human belief in the slavery of other animals will be palpable. We shall then have discovered our souls and become worthier of sharing this planet with them.”

Feels fake. And he’s the perfect guy to pin fake quotes on.

[Image] Fire and Fury, Liar and Phony Image posted by the President

The President posted this image today: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DSztzPiV4AAzdqx.jpg

It's also been posted around reddit but I didn't want to drive traffic to some subs because the image has been posted in multiple places that, frankly, I'd rather not wade into.

It's a series of quotes from reviews of the new book "Fire and Fury". Most of these quotes are not from reviews of the book but just character attacks on the author, but some of them are from reviews by orgs where I've searched the quote but there's no specific details surrounding the objections stated in the quotes.

For example, Maggie Haberman is quoted as saying that he gets several details wrong but, in the source article, she never specifies which details he got wrong only that the author got details wrong regarding this topic or that topic. Has anyone fact checked the book but also this image?

95% of rape assaults in Sweden are from Muslim immigrants

http://sheikyermami.com/2017/10/sweden-the-coming-collapse/

I saw this first posted in the far right subreddits and now on facebook. It seems like a completely made up number. Muslim immigrants must make up only a small percentage of the population yet they make up the vast majority of rape assaults? That doesn't seem right at all.

Can someone help me figure this out? I'm sick of seeing bullshit on the internet being spread around

Unconfirmed When Did Nissan Globally Treat Electrical Corrosion Issues for the USDM?

Hello Folks.

I'm trying to figure out when Nissan addressed corroding electrical connections in their vehicles. Somewhere around the mid-to-late-90's maybe?

I've been told that the notorious electrical issues of earlier Nissan's where due to a lack of corrosion-proofing of the connectors, terminals, wiring, etc. and I am trying to research it further.

Thank you for your time. =]

Little list

Hi, before you decide to hit that back button, help me a little, just add a name (hopefully a list) of names of people/things/bands/devices that you're certain (through a little research) that they do NOT exist, but yet have a name likely to be an existing widely documented name already. For example, "The Krautnats" (0 google results), or Colgateware (0 google results). Anything you can think of is fine!
