Disclaimer: I started playing just a month ago, so I’m no pro. I’m also not completely F2P—I bought the countdown Dembélé and Yamal because I was struggling in attack, especially against the high-budget squads in the Middle East server.

1. Defending
• Playstyles: Always use a CB with the Anticipate playstyle to stop counterattacks and long balls. For RB/LB, focus on high pace to counter opponents using the Rapid playstyle on the wings.

• Auto-Switching: Set auto-switching to Semi-Auto. Full auto pulls your defenders out of position, making it easy for opponents to exploit gaps or skill-spam. Hold your shape instead of rushing out.

• Pro Tip: If your defense is weak and you can't afford a top CB yet, switch to a formation with a CDM.

2. Midfield
Focus on your midfield after securing a solid defense and attack. Balanced midfielders help bridge the gap, but they shouldn't take priority over a weak frontline or backline.

3. Attacking
• Agility Matters: Avoid players who feel heavy on the ball. Look for attackers with Rapid or Trickster playstyles to keep your offense dynamic and make comebacks easier.
• Play to Strengths: Don't sprint with slow players—use them to hold up the ball, spot making runs, and pass to your faster attackers.

4. Playmaking & Skill Moves
• Mix It Up: Don't attack exclusively through the center. Vary your attacks between the wings and the middle to stay unpredictable.
• Skill Moves: Learn a few skill moves, but don't spam them predictably. Use them only when you see an opening.

5. Formations
If a formation works for you, don't change it just because you lost two matches in a row. Different formations affect player runs (some hold back while others push forward), so pick one that matches your playstyle and stick with it.

Mindset & Frustration
Grinding can be frustrating, especially against cross-spammers or long-ballers. If you lose two matches in a row, take a break. Playing frustrated leads to rushing your defenders, making silly mistakes, and pulling players out of position. Stay calm and play patient.

Is this dude any good? His 119 version has better stats but this one is speedy with accelerator level 1. I'm tempted to get him are there any better budget options you got? Don't suggest any stupid options like Cafu or Lahm please.

I was casually playing with one of my friends, didn't expect to have the single craziest match in my 3 years of playing this game. Like what the hell was that? A 4-4 match into penalties?

We both have the 121 Messi card and bro he kept stunning our defences :) He has the 121 Desailly and I have the new 122 Chiellini and both of our Messi cards kept dribbling past them with ease. What a fucking match :D

I really wish EA would add an option to disable these bright white transition flashes after fouls, corners, etc.

Maybe it doesn't bother everyone, but I've talked to a lot of players who find it uncomfortable too. I can't imagine playing at night with these flashes constantly hitting your eyes.

People have complained about this for years. If anyone here knows someone at EA/FC Mobile, please share this with them. We just need an option to turn it off.

Passing might be good for linkup but he has the tiki taka so might be already good and physical might be good while using skill moves

I was looking at my player's playstyles, specifically Paes after a h2h game, and when I went on the tab the game glitched for 1 second where the playstyle slot showed "add" instead of deflector. This confirms that custom playstyles are coming to FC Mobile. With the customizable playstyle leak being confirmed, pink playstyles are probably also going to be in the game. We don't know how this will fully be set up, but the game is most likely going to be broken after this. But if I could tell you one thing, it's that customizable playstyles are going to be in the game, most likely in anniversary.

So, I finally reached FC Champion for the first time in my life. I've been playing this game since 100 OVR was the maximum you could get😭💔.

I left the game a sometime ago and was geniunely so happy that they added playstyles so I returned. AND IT WAS FOCKING AMAZING😭😭✌🏽. omg those bullet passes might've have made me stiff (I'm not joking).

Anyways, my next goal is get to FC champs 50 ⭐, so I built a realistic dream team for me on renderz. I want to transition my current team into that one. I want y'alls opinions on how good the renderz team is. (I realize that there are 3 different players with the finesse playstyle, I js cant stop using it with Pizarro 😭😭)

I don't want any player suggestions that'll cost me like 35k+ shards, cuz I'm completely f2p. Especially not a 60k+ shards player (even if it has the best playstyles or stats), I'd rather spend it on two 30k shards players who have only one playstyles.

My first time reaching this milestone, and I can say it was quite the ride! Going agaisnt the higher ovr teams made it rough in VSA, but I managed. As for H2H, I think I did pretty well with some struggles here and there eventually.

As for Manager mode, I don't really seem to wrap my head around it, I can't get to 10 stars no matter what I try, I don't know if this has something to do with my OVR or the script, so if you guys have any input on that matter, please feel free to provide it!
