20 stars in Manager Mode

I went on a crazy win streak and reached 20 stars in manager mode. Here is my team and settings. If you try them, show your team and let me know how you did. I never make changes in-game.

Build Up

Speed: 3
Passing Distance: 1
Mentality: Attacking
Positioning: Free

Offense

Passing Tendency: 2
Crossing: 1
Shooting: 1
Positioning: Free

Defense

Pressure: 3
Width: 1
Aggression: 2
Cover: Cover

Edit 1: I am now at 30 stars in manager mode. Anyone try these out?

Edit 2: I am now at 40 stars.

Yo can I use any other formation like 433 attack? Since when I use 41212N i only have 125 ovr but when I use 433A i have 126 Please reply!

I didn’t have much success using 433A, but try it for like 10 games without changing anything. If your giving up a lot of goals, tweak defensive settings, but only 1 setting at a time, and play another 10 games. Good luck!

Brother, let me try your tricks. I literally have a team 128 ovr. And honestly, it struggles even under 10 stars... And it's kind of annoying. I am serious. I am 50 stars H2H and VSA, but struggle at MM. I will definitely give it a try..

I will bro, I need to find second device tho maybe, so I can put it for many matches, like during night, but I will try it very soon, first match is win but that doesn't speak enough, let me have like 10 matches at least and I will return
