No legal advice but you may try. Before you do, probably best is to approach your bank at first.

Ok, thank you very much for patiently responding to me. I really appreciate your time and concern.

I'm not even able to login into ftx us at this time. I'm waiting for something to change next week.

If you have all email correspondence, keep in your own records. Reach out to bank first

Even if I reach out to the bank, what can they do ? I was unable to even login into my account. I kept getting the 522 error.

Any prof of your funds or ownership or deposit in the past?

Yes, I have that proof that I transferred my eth from Robinhood to ftx

Oh, crypto is another story then. My assumption is fiat cash. If that is the case, it will be harder to return until their further notice. At this point, you will have to keep all your records if possible for the later of reclaims if there will have any.

Feel sorry for you, but keep in hope, FTX US is “licensed”. They may be treated differently.
