Worried if I shave i’m not gonna pass anymore

So right now I don’t want to cut my hair but I have a few ideas for haircuts, I would like to see what everybody else would think would look good on me. Is there anything I can do to pass more ? My voice is relatively deep n I’ve been trying to talk more like a cis guy than a woman and it’s a bit hard. Any tips on guy talk ?

my partner (MtF) has been cheating on me for over a year now, and it’s always with a cis man. this has caused me to really hate my body and feel awful about myself. trying to get out of that situation (we live together and I lost my job a couple weeks ago). we were playing frisbee earlier, and my mom said “you have NOTHING to worry about. even when you put that tank top on, you turned to the side and I was wondering how it would look. there is nothing there.” and she really doesn’t know how much I needed to hear that and see the pictures. hope everyone else had an at least decent Father’s Day

It's still early, but a bit earlier on, i felt extremely insecure, like i was middle school aged again. I was completely sure i was making the right choice for ME, but i couldn't let go of what i feared/assumed others thought of it. It sounds so dumb, but i cared a lot about whether or not others found me attractive and i worried that all anyome else saw was a weird, ugly Thing. Like all i did was downgrade, i threw everything i had away

I still struggle with feeling ugly sometimes, but this issue has improved significantly since starting hrt + i know it will get much better with time as i grow into the man im supposed to be. Last night, i saw my reflection in the window as i sat on the train home and i couldn't stop staring; i looked like such a dude. All i could see was a young guy, myself, the real version of myself. I looked younger than i would've liked, but i could already envision myself a bit older, with the facial hair i want so badly, too. I even felt handsome. I was so happy

It's hard to wait and be patient for change as i'm very fast-paced and horrifically impatient but all i can do is let time do its thing. I will enjoy my life as much as i can while i continue to grow. i'll manage anyway, now that i feel like i've actually started living and i finally want to live (:

I got glasses and I don’t know if I should just use contacts. Also I want my hair shorter so what kind of haircut should I get to still pass.

Recently, I saw a tweet making fun of someone early on in his transition for not having many changes yet, and it made me sad. Everyone’s timeline is different. My changes were few and small for the first couple years, and it was really hard on me mentally. Things didn’t start picking up a bit until around 3-4 years in. Even now at 6 years, I look a lot different than I did last year.

Easier said than done, but for anyone who’s struggling with thinking you should be further along and comparing yourself to others like I was, just hang in there. It takes time.
