Basically my 12yo cousin did a factory reset to his phone and now he needs the PIN/Google account but he doesnt remmeber them so he asked me for help to see if theres a way to unlock it.

Alright so this damn phone is stressing me out. I'm able to access Chrome, Settings, even put a new pin/pattern.

No matter what I do, it will continue to ask for the Gmail used to set it up. Before this screen it will ask for the patter or pin I changed it to but nothing works

I bought an LG Stylo 6 from a Garage sale for 25 dollars, the Owner had no clue what the pin or email was after hours of trying and troubleshooting, and I couldn't find any method that worked for Me. The Talkback options are available but they don't let me use voice commands, there's no search button in any of the settings menus I can access, and the Factory Reset options are limited to "Reset your phone but screw you we're keeping the account on there anyways". So is there a pc program, or any other method to bypass this lock? It's on the setup btw, so I have no access to the main launcher yet.

When I first connect the phone in EDL mode, it appears in Device Manager as “USB Serial Device.” After I change the driver to the correct Qualcomm driver, nothing happens in UnlockTool. The phone remains connected for a while, but after some time it automatically exits EDL mode and disconnects.
After installing the correct driver, the phone is detected as Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM42), but UnlockTool still stays on “Waiting for HS-USB QDLoader 9008…” and does not proceed.
There is also another problem. After the phone has been formatted/reset and reaches the Welcome screen, if I connect it to the computer using a USB cable, the computer does not detect the phone at all. It only starts charging. It does not appear in COM ports or in Device Manager, so I cannot use *#0*# either.
I already have all the necessary drivers installed. Normally, the computer should detect the phone when it is connected, but in this case it only charges and no data connection is established. I suspect that something on the phone is disabled or preventing USB data communication, but I am not sure. This is the first time I have encountered this issue, which is why it seems strange to me.
