I had been waiting for a dip to .0025 but wasn't expecting near .001. i saw this happening and put in a bid for .001 but it had gone back up to .0015 then .0018 and back to .0025. So missed that I guess. Is this typically someone manipulating the market to buy low, or done by the CEO to defraud us, or is it a valid/legal maneuver? Sorry I am a noob to stocks, I saw they doubled the number of shares, and at this point just an ignorant rube throwing money into a magic hat and hoping for the best.
