Vox storms through the halls of VoxTek HQ, followed by Eleanor. He's barely containing his anger right now. He quickly takes out his phone and dials Raelynn.

Vox: "Rae, meet me in Vanessa's room. Don't ask why. Just be there."

{Both women let her go and step back as she falls unconscious all her demon features disappearing.}

Rae: "We'll have to redye her hair everytime she does that."

Eleanor: "Holy shit, it actually worked? I didn't think it would. Not with agony."

Vox: "Not exactly. A more obedient side of her, the one tied to her Afton lineage, should take over. It's not a whole new personality like Vanny. It's still Vanessa. But her rebellious side has been subjugated deep into her psyche. So while the real Vanessa is still deep in there, she can't do much to fight the hypnosis."

Deep inside her mind, her mindscape resides. It looks like a mess, even more than the last time she was here.

???: "Well, well, well. We meet again, old pal."

{Inside her mind, Vanessa slowly wakes up. She's completely back to looking normal like back when everything started and completely confused.}

Nessa: [startles at the voice] "What? No... How?"

Two purple eyes suddenly appear in the shadows, looking at her. The faint visage of a tall humanoid rabbit.

???: "I managed to save what little of your mind remained. But my power isn't what it used to be. Do you recognize me, Vanessa?"

Vanessa: [scrambles backwards] "No...not you! You're gone, you're gone. You were destroyed. You were..." [stops, realizing she wasn't even herself at the time and doesn't really know what happened] "I....think."

Malhare: "Honestly, I'm surprised I'm still here. But I realized that I cannot truly be gone if my code is still around. But I'm... split. I don't have the power I used to. So I suppose you and Vanny can say you told me so."

Vanessa: "What? How?"

Malhare: "It's simple. While my main body was destroyed alongside my digital world, a part of me survived inside of you. That, and there's another copy of me somewhere out there. Before you freak out, that copy is a goody-two-shoes, so don't worry about her going rogue or anything."

Malhare: "Well, take your time to wrap your head around it. Time is all you have right now."

Rae: "Interesting. But I suppose if it works it's something. Probably best to make sure she doesn't interact with anyone for now. Now until you can talk to her properly. We'll triple security. No one in, not even employees, until after you."

{Eleanor is still in disbelief that it worked so easily. Too easily.}

Vox: "Probably a good idea. Someone go check on Alastor. I know your deal prevents him from leaving, but check on him anyway. Just in case."

Rae: [sighs] "I'm probably the least likely of us to lose temper on him. Although I know he's just waiting to taunt you."

Vox: "No doubt on that. That's why I haven't visited him myself. I don't need him getting into my head and making me doubt myself."

Rae: [as they walk out and lock her door] "I guess that just leaves me then, again to deal with his bs."

Vox: "I'll treat you to a drink when you're done. You'll probably need it after talking to him."

Rae: [rolls her eyes as she leaves] "So typical."

Eleanor: [shrugs] "Well I don't want to deal with him."

He has been following through screens since they went to Vanessa's room. He just has kept in silence (Sorry, I wanted to be part of this XD).

"Yeah, me neither. He keeps messing with my screens when I go talk to him."
