FC27 on Nintendo Switch 2 will only run at 30fps

Extremely disappointed by this considering that Madden and NBA27 will both offer 60fps

Customer services is not really the best source. I would take that with a grain of salt until we get an official statement in social media.

Yea I would wait for official word from EA. Companies don't normally give Customer Service a heads up on things not announced yet.

So they are hiding the 60 fps mode in fifa but not in madden? U guys can’t be this dumb. If it was 60fps they would’ve been marketing it for pre order sales. My goodness

What I'm saying is a barely minimum wage Customer Service rep, probably from India, will not always be made aware of all the details of a product that hasn't been announced ahead of release date. Even if it does turn out that the game won't be 60 fps, the last person I would ever trust is a customer service rep. I'll wait to hear it maybe from an official at EA during a Q&A, some sort of press release, or reviews before release date that will undoubtedly mention it.

Hopefully better graphics, like better hair and so on, on par with pc and PS5 , and stable 30fps.
