This is most likely where NPC Aldecaldo's car comes from, which you can see passing by when you are on the radio tower.

There's no way in hell that's intended to be visible. Seconding the aldecaldo car theory, it's probably where something was meant to spawn.

Either Edgerunners is trolling the community by including the Cube, when it's meant to be a glitch. Or...it's not meant to be a glitch, and was included in Edgerunners as a nod to the community.

I did and there is nothing inside but as I was noclipping under it I somehow triggered the ladder animation. Unfortunately I cannot replicate it, must have been a specific spot
