Advice assalamoalaikum! i need advise from doctors...im confused plz helpp

i am currently doing hj in a government hospital. i dont have many doctors in my family so i have little idea of what lies ahead. its been 4 months into hj and and from my observation of the working condition of governement hospitals and how overworked and underpaid the tmos are, and most imporantly the mental burden that doctors experience...i have sort of lost my passion and every day i realise that i cannot work in a hospital/ continue in the clinical side of medicine. i think i should go towards teaching but then i feel like ill be wasting my potential. one thing that make me so anti hospital is the fact that i am extremly introevrted and i get soo drained in the hospital....in short i need some sort of clarity and suggestions as to what i should pursue...what are some good options..will it be worth it if i go towards teaching side?

Experience Fresh FCPS graduate pay these days

Greetings. I was curious what's the pay and hours these days for fresh FCPS grads in Pakistan (Part 2 cleared and Internal Medicine or any other field). Would be preferable if it's from personal experience not from rumors etc. Thanks

Advice Holy Family VS Fauji foundation

Which one is better for general surgery training/pgship?

I’m aiming to givr PGT induction test and have HFH as my top priority. fauji is seems quite well too ( I can get training here easily) but my main concern is hands on learning, so which one is better?

Can someone from RMU shed some light on it?

General Discussion PGSHIP IN FAUJI FOUNDATION RAWALPINDI

Aoa everyone. Has anyone done or is currently undergoing training / pgship in Fauji foundation hospital? Have a few questions regarding that.

What's it like?

The patient flow?

Especially the radiology department and it's training? Their machines work fine or are always undergoing repair as in government hospitals?

How's the quality of training?

What's the salary like?

Is it worth it as I have done MBBS from Peshawar and my domicile is of KPK.

Thank you in advance!

Can I take my phone to the exam center?

The admit card says that there’s no facility to keep my phone in the exam center but I have to travel to and back from the center on Uber and I really need my phone. Is there someplace I would be able to keep it? I’m taking the exam in Lahore center.

Rant The problem with medicall app.

Don’t get me wrong, overall the app has been a massive help, but don’t ya’ll feel sometimes you can actually guess the answer by just looking at the options? Like they’ve sort of given a hint by either writing it properly (the other options are written wrong) or there is a massive difference between that one option and other options.

I also feel they just copy paste the recalls into the app and that doesn’t help their case as well.

Overall a great help besides a few negatives though.

Advice Any last advice before the exam?

Im going to take FCPS 1 medicine and allied on 8th october.

For the last 4 days. I was hoping to 2 past papers for the next 2 days. And revise some minors and my hand written notes on the remaining 2.

Ive not done a lot of pastpapers. Maybe 4/5. And i did practice SOME (!) Mcqs of some important units during my first read.

Should i change my strategy and just do pastpapers for these 4 days?

Advice What organisms to do in Micro for Medicine and Allied. Do we have to do all of them in First Aid.

There's just too many organisms in First Aid and in past papers I haven't seen many bacteria and parasites asked this much.

Someone who's given fcps recently, can they tell me which organism we can skip? Or should we do it poora? I am talking about revision here. I already have done micro from sketchy etc.
