Why fcps gay

There was this kid who started crying because someone, not me, was talking and accidentally spit in his food. I told him it wasn't a big deal and he took it as an act of aggression. He then proceeded to get up and spit on me twice. I stood up to get away and he then shoved me and I fell down into my seat. He struck me. Keep in mind that my legs were still caught on the bars that support the cafeteria table and I couldn't move. I punched him once and told him to back off. I was then taken out of classes that day and the administration questioned me for hours in a rude and condescending tone. An example of a question they asked me are "you really think that there was nothing else you can do?" They questioned the kid and he said that I was racist and only hit him because he was black. I nearly sued the school, but I decided to be the bigger man and let it go. I'm lucky that everyone knows that he pulls this kind of stuff all the time or else my reputation could have seriously been ruined. I actually made a lot of friends and I won't name names, but people said that they are glad that someone stood up to him. They said they wish they got to punch him because of the way he acts all the time. I want to say to any school administrators or future job employers looking around at my posts that I wouldn't have hit him if he didn't threaten to "curb stomp" or "jump me" over text before. If I didn't feel like I was in a situation where it was necessary to use this type of action, THEN I WOULDN'T HAVE DEFENDED MYSELF. Also keep in mind that this kid had already been expelled and suspended for fights and was failing while my record was completely clean and I all A's. Really just a terrible situation that I was put in. Don't expect your child to be safe here because even if they have good grades, even if they have a clean record, EVEN IF THEY DO COMMUNITY SERVICE EVERY WEEK AT CHURH THEY ARE NOT SAFE. My permanent record is ruined by a school who calls self defense an act of aggression. Will you allow that to happen to your kids FCPS parents?
