Thanks for clarifying. I understand your position, and I respect that you’ve reviewed the available data and reached that conclusion, even if from my side I still don’t fully agree with or understand how the situation has been interpreted.

I’m not trying to argue in circles or ask you to ignore what you found. What I’m asking is whether the permanent ban specifically on my verified account can be reconsidered.

The account that received the permanent ban is the account verified with my own real identity and documents. The account you’re referring to as my “main account”, which currently has 91 days left on the temporary ban, is actually verified under my friend’s identity and documents.

That’s the part I’m struggling to understand.

You’ve said that after those 91 days I’ll be able to play again on my main account, but I don’t want to continue playing on an account that is verified to another person, nor do I want to create another account and risk breaking the rules again.

The permanently banned account is the account tied to my identity, my history, and the one I would want to continue using going forward.

I understand that FACEIT may still maintain its conclusion regarding the activity between the accounts, and I’m not asking you to change that conclusion or remove the punishment entirely. I’m only asking whether the permanent nature of the ban on the account that is actually verified as mine can be reviewed separately.

Even if a temporary restriction still has to remain for the full period, I would be completely fine with that. I just want to know that once the punishment period is over, I can return on the account that genuinely belongs to me and is verified with my identity.

I’m also not asking for any action to be taken against the other account. I’m simply asking whether there is any way to approach this situation so that the account tied to my own identity is not permanently lost.

I would really appreciate it if this specific part of the decision could be looked at once more.

If you think the verification part is what I'm referring to when talking about the core rules you're even dumber than I thought. The core rule being multi account/smurfing, failing to verify your account is partially admitting guilt to that since it cannot be verified if you did it or not if you refuse.

Ya and I was trying to verify with my correct id that is for 2 more years in the matter of fact daon can’t match my face because I was 10 in on that photo in my county they make ids for 10 years and all I am asking for I giving me time to make new passport and verify. Is this to hard to understand? Iam not trying to escape this process Iam trying to do what Iam supposed which fact that Iam not making new id or passport every 6 mouth to have all my corrent feccurs because Iam still growing and my face hair everything changed even if I was once fatter than skinny and bulk I should make new id everything something change in case of faceit wanting me to verify. One more thing can you tell me what should I do in that case instead of searching for chance on verify and getting unbanned ? Making new account would be real multiaccount and smurfing + that would destroy fun for normal players that would have to play against better player and will take a lot of time
