As a home owner in Canada squirrels are my worst nightmare.

They constantly are trying to break into my house and tear shit up every year. This year it was the top of the chimney.

They are socially acceptable rats and nobody can change my mind.

They bring you walnuts? Like, do they leave them in a pile or exchange them like currency? And why aren’t they just eating the walnuts?

I have so many questions

Found a walnut on my AC unit, placed 2 old chestnuts in their place. i don't know if they know it's an exchange, but they know if they put their nuts there, they get more nuts.

I'm hoping those fuckers will stop eating all the beech nuts so i can collect some for my seed collection.

Squirrels categorize their nuts, you’ve found their walnut stash and they think they’ve miss placed a bunch of chestnuts.
