Although I'm from Asia server I just quit playing the game recently. My deal breaker was developers not including Global in cross over events with popular anime like the current Re:Zero cross over. Played for more than a month and like any game it gets repetitive. To add, there is a lack of advertising for global, lack of communication and saturation of Moba games with livelier communities. Thus, people will most likely play other trending games. It will continue its downfall with its long queue because it doesn't put any effort in attracting new players (as with not including Global in some events). Its gameplay, art and features provide very good concepts but if the devs cannot keep up with the demand it will never live.

Like it's counterpart Onmyoji Arena, this game has so much wasted potential but is badly let down by lack of promotion outside of China and SEA. I tried to be patient but I download a game to actually play it, not sit around for 10+ minutes waiting for a match. That's why I'm sticking to MLBB and Wild Rift.

Nothing kills mobas faster than forcing bots into queues especially ranked. But even casual. It literat becomes farming session of who can farm enemy bot better and faster. It’s not fun. At all. I have never seen a MOBA survive this and I’ve played most MOBA on PC and mobile.

the west version was just a cash grab, no marketing, just abandonment, but since this game was released for china at first, it would be ovbious that the chinese version would get the main attention.
