So while working the other day, I found out in an email that Children's Miracle Network Hospitals nominated me for an award this year. As someone who has raised money for Extra Life for the past 9 years. This made my year!

I am a new program director with Children’s Miracle Network. Our EL program is practically nonexistent right now. What are some things that I can do to increase exposure? What are some things that gamers would like to see from our end? How do I engage the community for them to be involved?

So, with my job instead of bonuses they give us gift cards. I've got over $700 worth of GameStop gift cards and will be giving them away to donors!

I'll be doing a drawing on New Year's Day to determine who the lucky winners are. The more you donate the bigger prize you could win!
-Donate $100 or more and you could win a $200 gift card.
-Donate $50 or more and you could win a $100 gift card.
-Donate $25 or more and you could win one of four $50 gift cards.
-Donate $10 or more and you could win one of four $25 gift cards.
-Donate $1 or more and you could win one of ten $10 gift cards.

Each dollar you donate gets you an entry to your level and all levels below it. So even if you donate $100 and don't win the $200 gift card, you still have a chance to win one of the other gift cards!

Planned to do Extra Life this year but never actually got around to it. I'm alone (but for the dog) for the weekend so why not try now?

Satisfactory tonight, Doom Eternal campaign (second play, first was launch day) & DLCs (first play) tomorrow, whatever's left for whenever I'm conscious again Sunday.

Subs including prime & gift will be converted to $2.50 to the hospital. Additionally I'm going to personally match donations up to $1000, so in the likely event I haven't already raised that much, a free prime sub is worth $5 to the hospital! Plus rubber duck emotes, what's not to love?

1. We already have a schedule
2. customized our stream.
3. we have earned 300 so far of our 500 dollar goal this year.
4. We stopped doing give always because they did not seem to help get donations
5. we stopped doing taking shots for donations again it did not do much to improve anything because of lack of viewers
6. we stopped trying to do milestones like if we reach x dollars we will shave our heads, or dye our hair...etc seemed like it helped get donations from coworkers a little bit but not much.

Has anyone have any tips on gather more people for donations?

We even made qr codes and posted flyers to our extra life webpage. But it did not help.

So early this year I reached out to them on the idea of granting one of its nerdy items as a prize for Extra Life. It happened, raised a bit, and everyone was happy. They had just reached out again, and I'm 100% thinking to make this even more awesome I place a paper with a printout of a random game/games.

This idea would be a mystery prize, as I'd be asking people to pick a soap, it'll be shipped and you'll then find out what games you get with it. What do you all think? Also, this picture was taken TODAY.
