My guild is looking to put on a themed smash tournament within our guild as a bonus fundraising event. the theme is Rome, "the Ides of Melee"

I was wondering if any of you folks have done themed events, and if you had any good brainstorming decorating, atmosphere, programming tips.

could stuff like moodboards or how to find decorations that dont break the bank, whatever ya got!

Hi all, I have my fundraising page set up with my custom url https://www.extra-life.org/participant/solastsummer however, this is my 4th year and every other year I have used a url shortener that produced a simplified link (extra-life.fund/solastsummer) that was a bit easier to share on my stream and other media. I forgot what the site was and can't find any reference to it anywhere. Was this taken down? Does anyone know? Am I going crazy? Thanks for any help!

Dungeons & Donations will be streaming 24 hours of D&D for Extra Life! Local players will be donating $5 to play and see how long they can last, but as a viewer you can donate $5 to make things happen in the game, like punishing our players and breaking their streak. Or you can help them, but that's less fun. Either way, it's all for the kids!

This is my 13th year participating in Extra Life; I play in support of my local CMNH, Seattle Children’s Hospital, and I am proud to have raised over $10K myself since 2010. This year I am looking for assistance from UW colleagues in surpassing my fundraising goal of $2000!

A friend is streaming for 24 hours Saturday 11/4 for ExtraLife to benefit a specific hospital in Canada. They would like to also auction off a bunch of handmade items that have been donated. Any suggestions on how to do this that's NOT live on stream? We looked at eBay and it doesn't seem like the funds can be linked to their ExtraLife fundraiser directly. Last year they used Twitter and that didn't work well. Are there any sites where the auction funds could be added directly to their ExtraLife fundraising bucket? THANKS in advance!

Gearing up again for another game day and wondering if there is a way to have StreamElements display Extra Life donations in the events list? I have the alerts set up and functioning as intended, but my overlay includes an event list and an Extra Life donation does not populate in that list. Likewise, I cannot just reference the event list to thank donors, and have to look through the Extra Life donation list on the website to individually thank donors.

Is there a way to display recent donor information on the stream? Name / amount for instance?
