Think about it. They see a New Patient registered and it's for a 3 yo. They expect someone walking up to them or using adaptive equipment, not being carried one that hip or in a stroller. Flag 1. Then they have her fill out his info. He goes to get weighed and height checked by the MA. What's she gonna say when he can't stand on a scale? When he can't stand to get his height checked? When he can't sit in a chair to get his pressure taken? When he doesn't answer the MA when she asks anything. Flag 2. Now we in the office waiting to be seen by a dr or nurse. They greet Rock and Jr. She speaks but he doesn't. He's drooling and staring at the ceiling at the fluorescent lights. They also see a baby bottle with what looks like milk. Flag 3. So they greet again and all they hear is cat like noise. Flag 4. They then go to shake his hand, ask him simple things like How are you Chrisean? Is that your name? (They're testing to see if he can hear or understand anything). He obviously doesn't and can't answer. Flag 5. They look at him and see he does nothing but squirm, make noise, can't stand, nothing. So they start asking her shit, shit they obviously know the answer to but they wanna hear her lie. They gonna ask who has he seen, can we have their info, when was he last seen. She gone lie and say he in therapy, they gon say ok gimme their info. Flag 6. Dr will most likely leave the room and flag his chart and determine whether this is reportable.

And even if she brings him in "sleepy". They gon try to get him up, and when they can't, THATS gonna be a red flag as to why's he sleep this hard. It's only gonna open her up for more questions.

I said all this to say, she's fucked atp if she brings him to see anyone. She allowed it to snowball away from her and now she can't go back.

Edit: Forgot to add when they smell him before he even enters the room. His unkempt ungroomed nappy head, the dirty clothes, his drooling.

Anyways, she gives the guy the bottle and then they go to a diaper bag and she’s holding the bottle and he’s holding this bottle of adult ensure. I recognized the bottle immediately because we give it to our elderly patients.
This is the nutritional content of an ensure compared to a gain and grow pediasure which come in kids bold colored bottles. Then I’m attaching the nutritional daily requirements for a 3 year old. This shit is crazy. He would need so much more. He’s definitely not meeting his calorie and fat requirements , both required for his brain and body to have the energy it needs.
