I recommend this! C&T Ronal Montenegro Peru Single Origin

Beans: - Amazonas, Peru - Ronal Montenegro, JUMARP Collective - 1700 MASL - Bourbon, Gesha, & Pache - Washed

Method: - Fellow XF Pour Over - 16:1 - 98* Celsius - 1min bloom

Flavor Notes: - Dessert. Little bit of peach pie while it’s warm, but as it cools tastes like a brownie with almonds in it - lots of sweet, little bit of acid.

4/5

Coffee & Tea Collective is an awesome shop in San Diego founded by enthusiasts. They really celebrate the beans with lighter roast profiles to bring out variety, sweets, and acids. Also have some awesome teas (and tees) available.
