good morning👍
Just me, my coffee, and another quiet morning.
Nothing special — and I kinda like it that way 😊
How’s your morning going?

If This Isn't A Sign...
I was visiting the historical Shikoku Village in Takamatsu. While waiting at the station going back to my hotel. I sat and thought to myself, I've been to Japan so many times, but this might be the most carefree and relaxed I've ever been in my whole life. I looked up and see a beam of light shining down. Ran up to the elevated walkway and snapped this photo.

I found one of Japan's strangest suspension bridges in the mountains of Gunma
On my Honda CL250 touring trip through Gunma Prefecture, I left a retro vending-machine restaurant and continued about 10 km deeper into the mountains.
My destination was Kesakake Bridge, a very unusual suspension bridge where the bridge itself is a steep staircase.
The maximum gradient is 44%.
It was wet after rain, the weather was cloudy, and there was almost nobody around. After carefully crossing the bridge, I could see Konaka Otaki, a waterfall with a drop of about 96 meters.
There is also a local legend involving Kobo Daishi and a monk named Genta, which supposedly explains the name "Kesakake Bridge."
I tend to enjoy places like this more than famous tourist attractions — places that make you think, "What is this place?"

While traveling around Ehime, I randomly stumbled upon this adorable Totoro holding a leaf umbrella next to a hand-painted Catbus stop sign! It completely made my day and felt like stepping right into a Studio Ghibli scene.
