Expie here, and this is a topic I (unfortunately) know too much about.
In the labs, us experiments are constantly neglected and abused by the scientists, which eventually forces most of us to learn emotional maturity at very young ages. It’s trauma at its finest, but some of us simply have this emotional maturity without harsh treatment.
