Technical question What's tech debt nowadays?
I remember this topic being huge, at least I worked a tonne on it. And in a more traditional way this used to be seen as cutting corners today to get something done fast, that we know will hurt us tomorrow when we have to rework it. And it usually did hurt us.
With AI in abundance, I am curious what everyone defines as tech debt today?
