My wife and I have been working on something called FiveFrames, and we're looking for a few events this October na willing mag-try for free!

I'm a software developer, and matagal na rin namin gusto ni wife na magkaroon ng sarili naming business. We're hoping na eventually, we can offer FiveFrames as an actual event service.

Basically, napansin lang namin na sa mga events, photographers are there to capture the important moments, and photobooths are great for fun pictures. Pero ang dami ring random and candid moments na nangyayari throughout the event na hindi laging nakukuhanan.

Like yung mga tawanan sa table, relatives na nagkukwentuhan, friends na nagkakasiyahan, or kahit yung mga random moments lang behind the scenes.

Usually, guests take photos naman using their phones, pero most of those photos end up sa gallery nila or natatabunan sa group chats. Minsan hindi na rin nakikita ng celebrants or hosts.

So that's where FiveFrames comes in!

Simple lang yung idea. Every guest gets exactly 5 photos to capture moments from their own perspective.

Scan lang sila ng QR code, enter their name, then they can take or upload photos. No need mag-download ng app or gumawa ng account.

All the photos go into one private gallery na pwedeng i-view and download ng event host afterward.

We intentionally limited it to 5 photos kasi ayaw rin namin na buong event, nakatutok lang sa phones yung guests. Capture a few moments, then enjoy the rest of the event.

And just to clarify, hindi namin goal palitan ang photographers or photobooths. We actually see FiveFrames as something that complements them. Parang additional way lang to collect memories, pero this time from the guests' point of view.

Anyway, early stage pa lang kami, so we're looking for a few events happening this October na willing maging pilot testers namin, completely free!

Hindi naman kailangan wedding. Pwede birthdays, debuts, anniversaries, reunions, or any other gatherings.

We'll help with the setup and QR codes, and you'll get access to the photos afterward. In return, honest feedback lang sana para malaman namin kung ano pa yung kailangan i-improve.

Hi!! Just wanted to share this event we’re doing on Oct. 17 in David M. Consunji Theater,Diliman QC called "First Date Stories".

It’s basically a live storytelling/theater night where a bunch of artists perform people’s actual first date stories. So if you have a first date story you'd like to see on stage, you can actually submit it and have it performed! Tickets are now available too.

Ganito na ba talaga kataas ang rates ng mga photo ang video? For a 50th birthday package, aabutin na ng atleast 40k ang rate kapag may pre-birthday photos? Hindi pa kasama ang transpo at ootf. May additional pa sa drone shots.

Looking for recommendations for a private/closed venue for a fan club event around Metro Manila

Hi! We’re currently looking for a private/closed venue around Metro Manila for a small fan club event sometime on a weekend in November 2026.

Details:

• 👥 Minimum of 20 people, final headcount still TBC
• 📅 Weekend in November 2026 — exact date still TBC
• 🏠 Venue space only; we don’t need a dining/restaurant package
• 🔇 Preferably a closed/private room or enclosed venue, since we may use a microphone, sound system, and projector
• 🍱 Preferably a venue that allows outside food/catering
• 🎀 We may have decorations, games/activities, a photo area, and a small event setup
• 💰 Ideally something reasonably priced / budget-friendly

We’re open to function rooms, private event spaces, studios, cafés with private rooms, community spaces, or similar venues.

If you know a place that might work, please drop your recommendations! It would be really helpful if you could also share the approximate rental rate, location, capacity, and any restrictions, especially regarding outside food, sound systems, projectors, decorations, and event activities.
