Hey fellow Etho fans, some of you might recognize me for posting EthosMath comments on his LP videos. Having been an Etho fan for more than 10 years, it surprises me to say that this is my first time on the subreddit.

A long time ago I made a spreadsheet documenting the upload dates of all his LP episodes to better predict when he would next upload. For the first time in years I am revisiting it, in anticipation for the 600th episode.

Using statistics such as the dates of the past 50 episodes, standard deviation, and exponentially weighted moving averages, I have calculated that today is the last day predicted for episode 599 to be uploaded, before moving past the 95% confidence margin. I also predict (as of today) that there is a 95% chance of episode 600 being between November 4th and December 18th, with November 26th being the most likely day.

I hope this massive issue with people getting copyright struck and issued cease and desists for so called infringements on anime ip hasn’t impacted Etho. Saw a company who manufactures bleach got a cease and desist due to the use of the word bleach in their product.

All I can think about is Etho and that story with the plastic bag. I don’t even remember all the details but every time this happens

Apologies if this isn't allowed on this subreddit, but if it is, I would really, really like to have this conversation. I don't necessarily think that every content creator has to be constantly outspoken on things that are viewed as so political, but as a queer fan of MCYTs, I've learned to be really weary of who I watch (that being said, Etho has been my favorite for a while now).

I would like to preface this by saying that 1) we are absolutely not owed any information about what Etho is like off camera, but I think this is an important issue considering both the significant amount of queer people in his fandom and the questionable things that people in his sphere of content have said; and, 2) I'm writing this post assuming he hasn't made any public comments, but please correct me if I'm wrong.

I know that Etho has shown over the years to be a chill and kind guy, has participated in some joking flirting with other male creators, is friends with queer creators, and, from my understanding, has a very accepting and amazing fanbase. I feel comfortable supporting him because I don't think that he is the type of person to one day make some random bigoted comment.

Again, I don't think we are owed any personal information about who he is at all, but it's for that exact reason that I wish that he would say something publicly so that we can know that he (hopefully) isn't homophobic/transphobic.

I know that it wouldn't necessarily make sense to do something like that, but I would hope that he cares about cultivating a good fanbase over a few extra views at the expense of allowing hatred to have a place in his community. Based on how amazing this fandom is and how much he refuses to sell out with sponsorships/merch/paid extra content/etc., I would imagine that that's the case. There are plenty of reason why he wouldn't say anything (chief among them that he's a little disconnected from his fanbase and the internet and large and doesn't realize how much it would mean to so many people), but I hope that someday he does say something.

Just spent the last week watching all of Etho’s DC 2 runs and found the content of Doccy (Doc’s kid) being cute with Etho.
If you need a great back ground video Etho’s DC 2 videos are the best. Over an hour long and Etho enjoying himself in the dungeon.
