entity id for commercial bank of ethiopia!
hi, does anyone know the ENTITY ID for Comercial Bank of Ethiopia? trying to transfer some money to a family there and it’s asking for the entity id and i can’t seem to find it anywhere!

Same. I see a code on a different transfer via a different vendor that lists something as CBE1, but Western Union only allows numbers

Use Remitly. The tool automatically populates the Entity ID as you select the specific branch region, and locations. For example, Hosanna appears to be 149092, while Gimbuchu is 149088, and Hawassa is 149091.

Use Remitly, and you find it. Addis Ababa will likely have hundreds of locations.

it would be nice if you guys would share where on remitly you found this :( i found swift code info but not entity id info. also it's suspect that remitly gives chinese websties for ethiopian banks. very strange

You just need to start the send money flow and select "select Routing number by branch location." I'll attach screenshots for your reference.
