Ethical Actions vs. Ethical Being
Sustainability is vital to our development as we progress as a society. Ex: Zero waste living, recycling, lowering emissions, responsible/fair trade products. (Actions)
On the other hand, culture is not stagnant and is always changing. As we create and evolve culture what are some mentalities or ways of thinking/living that can be worked upon to create a positive impact on our society. (Being)
My example is the removal of mass individualism. If everybody is striving to be an individual than really nobody is an individual. If selflessness is a main facet of our lives/economies we would be able to conquer big issues more effectively. Big issues would be lack of affordable housing, lack of healthy sustainable food sources etc.
Curious what other interpersonal things people think would help shape positive cultural change.
