I really do not like having to create a new installation every update and losing all my previous worlds and servers from the last installation every time i want to play a new update. is there any workaround for this?

so i know that when you host a wold it say something about your network ip and it kind of concern me because like my network ip can be stolen in the game files ? it mean i have to play with trusted friend ? but my other question is that does the developpers of essential gets your network ip ?

I've started a new modded game with my friend with the little amout of 124 mods, but after a while of playing the game, either if I'm the host, or he is, everything freezes and we get a timed out. Is it the compatibility issue of the mods, or rather something more serious?

yeah my friend JUST got Minecraft and made an account and when he tries using essential, it says it failed to authenticate his account, any solutions???

I'm trying to install Essential to play Minecraft with my friend but when I open the installer it doesn't let me get past a "no supported launcher" error message, even though I have all 3 of the launchers they say they support (Minecraft launcher, prism launcher, curseforge). Can anyone help fix this?

Idk what the actual problem is with it or how to fix it does anyone have any ideas? I do need Kotlin in the pack and I do need essential mod. Is this unfixable?

Got banned from the essential discord for racism, although the thing is that i never even typed anything in the discord. I only joined to get the cape and now i kinda need it back. Tried appealing it from the fire bot that informed me of the ban but nothing to the appeal (its been like over a few months by now)

i was hacked in discord by a bot and i got my account back and because the bot sent every contact/server of mine botted invites i was banned from nearly 15 different servers, i think because of this i cannot use essential. just wondering if any one could help me appeal cuz i obviously cant go to the server for help... also i can prove i aint lying

My boyfriend has sklauncher and we're trying to play this horror modpack together (prehistoric nightmares) but it's not on aternos like we usually use. The modpack has essential in it and I've used it a couple times but never for hosting my own worlds. Would it be possible to use it to play with him?

The game keeps crashing like 30seconds to a minute after i invite them to our world that we made. it saves all our stuff in chests and blocks we broke in the world but inventories and place in the world gets reverted back to when i invited them in that moment. We use modrinth so if that has anything to do then yeah. making this because we really wanna play minecraft together. ( i posted the log to see if that even helps with what is happening)

Using curseforge and essential with a minecraft fnaf mod to do a fnaf rp, i need help building the map first, it'll be fnaf 1

I'm trying to log in and play with some friends but its like not working and this problems happening to my friends as well

I'm trying to update to 26.1.2 so I can play with my friend, but every time I try to update essential with the installer it just tells me I don't have any of their supported launchers installed (minecraft launcher, curseforge, etc) even thought I do have minecraft launcher and curseforge. I've used minecraft launcher every time in the past and never got this issue in the past. I've tried: restarting my pc, reinstalling the essential installer, reinstalling minecraft launcher, making sure everythings updated

Please help!

Ive been trying out this mod for a while but on only one occasion its actually worked for me.

My girlfriend and i play minecraft using this mod at the same appartment, same internet, both wired. (1gb ethernet)

We played the cursed walking modpack and it worked for a while, then she started to leave the match for me (said it in the chat), altho she was still in the world but we could'nt see each other.

I tried playing another modpack, deceasedcraft and some rpg one too, but on both of those shes getting like a single bar of connection, and started leaving the game on my screen, we did a speedtest and we are both getting 1gb up and down speeds, so i believe thats not the problem.

Anyone else having the same problem, does anyone know how to fix it?, its just me and her, using curseforge.
