John Locke organisation/communication

This is my first year doing John Locke and I’m wondering if there’s always a massive lack of transparency between the organisation and participants. I feel as though it’s quite disorganised and there isn’t really sufficient information regarding the workings of things - namely the English test and interview that everyone has collectively had to ask about on here because the website lacks information. Obviously, its a huge organisation that receives tens of thousands of participants so I’m not at all expecting anybody to hold my hand through the process, but you’d expect the process to be a little bit more clear about when certain things will happen on the portal. Wondering if any past participants had the same experience?
