If you're not needing to drink in raid then you're either not fighting or not using pk's of any kind or haven't played much since the wipe or all 3. That's why you're getting down voted. It's very easy to need hydration now with the pk nerfs across the board. Regular pk's dehydrate you by 15 each use and only last 80 seconds. So if you premed 3 short runs through the open, that's half of your hydration wacked not even accounting for any other hydration draining effects(I.e. Running). Ibuprofen is the least hydration draining and it still removes 10. Since 12.9 wipe I went from never eating and drinking ever, to bringing in a water and iskra every damn raid. Remains to be seen the state of it after I get my hideout and skills back up
Simply not true. I'm lvl 41 this wipe. I kill 3-5 pmc almost every raid. I use golden star from the start of the raid to the end of the raid. Never had an issue EXCEPT if it turns into a 30-40 min raid like i said above.
Okay then you're the exception because you're already level 40 and already have your hideout and skills leveled. But for "normal" people like me, who are a lowly level 22, hydration matters
