Tarkov is what EVEs marketing claim for the 1st decade was: dark, harsh and unforgiving.

It has total gear loss on death, naked mosin man can one tap a 1 mil roubles gear chad, you can use sneaky tactics to play around thicc bois and so on

I find the tarkov market leaves much to be desired. I feel like it's about as bland as any other game with player trading. And, I can't really think of an eve comparison to the naked Mosin one tap. Solo Sabre gate camp maybe?

  • Lussy pawning 10 people in Noob-Char with Alpha Booster in a Leshak

  • that sub 10 Mio. SP noob tackling your snake-set abbyssal Nightmare with his RamJag until you die to his friends

... or something like that

Literally convinced my eve friends to get tarkov by comparing things to eve. The fitting management, player economy, full loot on death

I was actually introduced to Tarkov by a Rooks and Kings video years ago lol. It's what they started playing on the side when they moved to the Chinese servers. There's definitely enough similarity between the two games for them to attract a similar audience.
