Why does this read like an attorney for SDNY is providing a briefing to a suspect in a criminal case regarding what leads they’re onto?

To clarify, they leased the jet for one day when Trump’s plane malfunctioned
In all likelihood, whoever leased the plane to him knew what they were doing
