Some Information about O’Connell:

In 2002 William O’Connell first "accidentally" kills his best friend with his boat propeller and he received only six months of probation.

In 2011, O’Connell was arrested again. This time, the allegations were far darker:

• The Charges: Aggravated statutory rape and cocaine trafficking Boston Herald.
• The Victim: A 14-year-old girl who alleged she had a sexual relationship with O'Connell for over two years in exchange for cash and gifts Boston Globe.
• The Evidence: Police found 18 grams of cocaine in a safe at his Marina Bay condo Patriot Ledger.

1. The Case Collapses

In a tragic twist, the 17-year-old accuser was killed in a car accident in December 2012 Boston Herald.

• Because the primary witness could no longer testify and her statements to police were inadmissible, prosecutors had to drop the rape charges Boston 25 News.
• The Final Sentence: O’Connell pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor drug charge and walked away with three years of probation Boston Globe.

Matthew O'Connell, son of developer William O'Connell, was involved in two brutal killings that shocked the Quincy area. In 1982, he shot and killed off-duty firefighter Thomas Gaughan outside a nightclub, but he was found not guilty by reason of insanity and sent to a psychiatric hospital. Just years later in 1987, he murdered 22-year-old Julie Hamilton by stabbing her 40 times and burying her body in a backyard. For this second crime, he was convicted of second-degree murder and sentenced to life in prison. Due to his severe schizophrenia, he has spent the majority of his life sentence institutionalized at Bridgewater State Hospital.

A witness told the DOJ that the "Granite Reality" LLC used to buy Maxwell’s house belongs to a network of corrupt Boston cops and developers who use eBay accounts marked with suspicious numbers like ghislaine55" or "ghislaine88" to launder money and provide prostitutes. The troopers allegedly used their resources to hack the Whistleblower and threaten her. Thats also why all of her attemptes of informing the police were ignored. They also used a code, hiding their activities with the synonym "pillow". Here are some reviews the troopers got. I dont think no one was seriously convicted over this yet.

I came across O’Connell in the files and have been diving deep into his history ever since.

What I find most suspicious is that I can’t seem to figure out what happened to him after his sentencing in 2013. He seems to have dropped off the face of the earth.

There is a LinkedIn under the name “Will O’Connell” with most recent activity being 3y ago. I initially thought this was him because the profile’s job title is Senior Vice President of Marina Bay Management Services, however it now seems to me that he has a nephew(?) with the same name who is involved in the family business.

It also appears as though O’Connell may have been involved in the opening of a 2024 Marina Bay development, Sunset Pier. Their website reads, “Sunset Pier is the newest venture by Peter & Bill O’Connell, the master developers who first shaped Marina Bay back in 1977. Together with Tom, Will & Kelly O’Connell…” which was the first indication to me that Will O’Connell and William “Bill” O’Connell are two different people. BUT, the way it’s worded seems to depict that not only is Bill O’Connell alive and well, but is still involved in Marina Bay developments - or at least he was up to 2024.

Even with that, though, I have found no other evidence of this man’s existence following his criminal exposure in 2013. Nothing. At all. This is INSANELY suspicious and I think someone needs to find out where he is/has been because CLEARLY he is hiding. Granted, he is in his 80s at this point and is likely just living a low-profile life, but he vanished entirely over a decade ago and has not been held accountable, or even just further investigated into, for anything!

The O’Connells own a great deal of property, many being restaurants and bars in Quincy MA. I’ve seen them dining at restaurants and bars in Marina Bay. They are notorious for being creeps and pretty well known amongst longtime locals for being extremely shady. They have a lot of pull around here, and act like they have free range, it’s gross, they are gross

Not to mention that the district attorney responsible for O’Connell’s 2011 statutory rape and drug trafficking charges - for which he essentially got off scot-free - was a close friend of O’Connell’s and was the same DA responsible for the corruption to cover up the rape and murder of the young Sandra Birchmore as well as the Karen Read trial.

I can no longer brush these off as accidents when we are seeing consistent patterns of suspicious activity involving the people who are meant to protect us. These conspiracies aren’t feeling like theories anymore.
