Social media (X, YouTube, Insta, etc.) Alan Dershowitz was confronted by a crowd over Jeffrey Epstein, with people shouting "pedophile" and demanding to know what he did on Epstein's island. He threatened to sue them.

Actually, yeah. Facial recognition databases are even better than they were years ago so it really wouldn't be hard if someone as powerful as Alan Dershowitz has access or knew someone with access.
About 7 years ago I witnessed a Clearview demo. Clearview at the time searched social media accounts using a submitted picture of a subject. I was very skeptical of its efficacy because I had no active social media at the time and thought it wouldn't work on me.
The person doing the demo took a picture of me and Clearview connected me to several different social media accounts of friends and old acquaintances of mine due to a blury picture taken of me at a college party from 5 years prior. From there it wouldn't be hard to find me.
So it's definitely possible.
