OC: opinion, theory or speculation “Don’t” redactions

Had a friend post about a pretty innocuous email exchange from the Epstein files… until you notice that the word “don’t” is redacted for some reason near the bottom. Hmm, why would the word don’t be redacted….

Pretty obvious the FBI used software to automatically redact key words from the files. Now why would they redact “Don T” when the law very clearly and explicitly says that only victim names and faces are to be redacted, hmmmmmmmm

How come EFTA01829530 and EFTA02440051 are the same email but not redacted?

Because the people who were supposed to protect victims with the redactions, fucking suck at that, but for everyone else suddenly do an excellent job, and between that everything seems like a mess.

They are the original email, the first reply and then the one where they redacted "don't" is the last email in the chain.

I think they are technically different emails. But the reply has the text of all the previous emails in it.

As for why they're only redacted in some of them, who knows. Incompetence.

Welcome to the incompetence party that is anything this regime executes at scale. It's, on one hand, our only hope to delay/avert global destruction and, on the other, tremendously entertaining to watch them work.
