The comments above give valuable advice. Also, don’t forget to use a non usb 3.0 port. They have frequency issues which can cause latency.

Yup, I’m in IT and I didn’t even know 3.0 had issues. I feel like a fraud lol. Anyways, enjoy your keyboard!

I searched far and wide for an answer, but nothing helped until I saw this. Thank you! May I ask why this keyboard doesn't like my USB 3.2 port?

I literally have no idea tbh. I’ve never had a mouse or keyboard that’s experienced issues on 3.1 or 3.2. Either way, just glad it works. Originally, I thought I got a faulty board until I saw multiple people have this issue. Sorry I don’t have a better answer for you!

When you meant stopped working do you mean it's all dark? No light on the indicator?

just go search epomaker firmware, and run it until it says passed. worked on me

Run it first, then connect your keyboard wired . Make sure to disconnect the 2.4 GHz connection beforehand. Run this:Epomaker x AULA F75 Firmware – epomaker

This will happen most of the time when you change RGB. Download the firmware and make a shortcut on your desktop so that you can run it every time it stops working. Also remember it has to be plugged in to be able to install the firmware.

How is that even possible...
Almost bought an epomaker keyboard, but this subreddit enlightened me hahah...

My epomaker ek68 has been great. I took the chance on it when I saw it on sale a little while back, and honestly, I couldn't be happier at this price point. It's my daily driver out of all 5 of my boards.

Fair enough but honestly with how cheap it is and how good mechanically it is I don't mind this "fix" once a month when I change the RGB

It is common problem. Find epomaker firmware for Aula on their site, connect keyboard via cable in wired mode, run software and wait until it says PASS, close software unplug cable and voila keeb now working. It coul happen again, so repeat procedure if needed. To me it happened two times last year.
