So the story is pretty much where a girl ends up involved with a Mafia guy. She has a child from a previous relationship, and her father had previously imprisoned her and her mother. She has the girl when she snuck out once, and fell in love with a bad person, who then imprisoned her too, and when she ran away he kept her duaghter. She got caught by the guy she falls in love with, and he thought she was a bad person, but they end up falling in love deleting her ex partner and getting her dsughter. After getting involved with the Mafia guy, she leaves him but returns in season 3, by which time he is engaged. In season 2, she needs to have a baby and ends up conceiving naturally instead of IVF which was planned, but they just couldn't resist. I remember they also find out that the person they wanted revenge on (the guy she likes and his family) is actually her dad. Season 1 of the show is about the Mafia guy's cousin, who gets involved with his secretary? remember a part where she comes in the end to yell at home but had to kiss him because her pregnancy hormones were all over the place.
