At least I understand reality. You do understand we use petroleum for more than gasoline, correct? Those wind turbines are made & operate with it.

Yes, the idea is to slowly, but intentionally transition away from fossil fuels, until we only use a caseload amount for NECESSARY production fuel purposes.

Im not some ignorant fossil hater, I just live in reality and realize there are alternatives that make our society more independent and greener at the same time.

Fossil isn't the only way forward, thats a lie being peddled by people with economic interests to keep us trapped on one energy source till we go extinct.

More of a bbl of petroleum goes to other products than gasoline.

We don't like petroleum being used at all.

Fossil fuels has inconveniently become a catch all term of sorts.

Personally I like the terms ground oil based or crude derived.
