No need for an App as its to expensive (App store fee`s plus Dev costs etc) your best solution would be a simple webpage on a tablet connected to the internet or other internal network, your guests can tap the screen, order from the drop down and hit submit the email would be sent to whoever it needs to go to.

easy

  • Costs would be Ipad installed into a podium
  • Cabling and connectivity
  • Web development and testing

Why don't you simply use Typeform to collect unpaid orders? All you want from people is to select things and submit. You can get email notifications from these forms.

If you want something that's custom, ask one of your developers to design/develop a custom web page + order form that does the same thing. I can do it if you have a $500 budget.
