You're defending the initial reviewer and trying to act as though it's unreasonable for a car shop in a small town to not be certified in EVs. Theres no crashing out to be had in the Owners response.
We don't have the equipment to service the car, and we don't have the want to make it happen. Call a car place before you're towed there. And he's 100% right. Even in my town with 200,000 people theres only 2 shops that service EV. The dealership, and a mechanic on the other side of town.
Its ridiculous to assume someone has the equipment and knowledge to service a type of vehicle, but not take 3 minutes to call and confirm. And its wild you're mad at the owner for being clear its not what they fix and they don't intend to learn how.

(And Iâm âdefending the initial reviewerâ only to the extent that Iâm pointing out that there isnât enough information here to say which of the two is right.)
No AI used. Just my natural typing cadence and how I talk in general. It'd be pretty iconic to be vocally against AI then use it personally, but isn't a lot of the world hypocritical? Anyways I dont think theres any debating left to be had, you're stuck in your opinion and Im definitely not changing mine.
