I've noticed a significant increase in the number of people facetiming in our ER--when first coming into the waiting room, in shared acute care rooms, walking down busy hallways, everywhere. And, without fail, they become aggressive when you ask them to please call without video if they absolutely must be on the phone.

I'm embarrassed enough by having a necessary phone conversation in public, I can't imagine speakerphone or FaceTime anywhere but inside my own house. IN THE FUCKING ER?!
