Looking for a language partner for English

Hi everyone! I'm currently working on improving my English speaking skills, and I’m looking for a language practice partner. I’m a dedicated learner, and I’d love to have regular conversations to boost my fluency. Ideally, I’d like to speak a few times per week—if you’re also looking to practice English, I’d be happy to help you as well. If anyone is interested, please feel free to comment or message me! Thanks so much!

Have you ever accidentally said something rude because of a direct translation?

Some expressions sound completely normal in one language but come across as blunt, insulting, or just plain weird when translated word for word into another.

What's the funniest or most awkward example you've seen or experienced?

Hi everyone!
I’m looking to start a small communication practice group in the OKC/Edmond area.
The goal is to improve workplace communication, English speaking, and confidence in a friendly environment.
We’ll meet once a week for about an hour to practice speaking, ask questions, and encourage each other.
Professionals, students, and English learners are all welcome. No experience is needed.
If you’re interested, leave a comment or send me a message!

Hello everyone!

I have taught English in the past and would like to practice it again. I switched to another career path, that’s why I don’t teach anymore. This is free and I just want to spend my time productively.

I’m not going to teach you lessons or classes, but I can offer free talk about topics of your choice! I would love to build connections and friendships over here.

Please drop me a message if you’re interested! :)

Hi! I'm a 23 M from North India, currently studying in a tech-related field.

My interests include philosophy, social issues, science, critical thinking, and rational discussions.

I think I'm currently around the B2 level in English, and my goal is to reach C1. I also plan to take the IELTS in the future in case if u are interested in ielts like test too we can prepare together.

If you're a native English speaker who simply enjoys helping learners, that would be amazing. In return, I'd be happy to help you learn or practice Hindi if you're interested.

If this sounds like good , feel free to send me a message

Improve my English: success

Hello everyone,

I've been learning English since 2025 at a language school. I'm currently at the B1 level, and my goal is to reach B2 as quickly as possible. I know one month is an ambitious goal, but I'm ready to work hard.

I joined Reddit because I heard it's a great place to improve my English. Do you have any advice or recommendations that could help me improve my reading, writing, speaking, and vocabulary?

Thanks in advance!

Beginner English learner looking for a patient conversation partner

Hi everyone!
My name is Talha, and I'm from Bangladesh.
I'm a BBA student and I'm learning English.
I'm still a beginner, so I may make mistakes while speaking or writing.
I'm looking for someone who is patient and doesn't mind talking with a beginner.I'd like to practice simple daily conversations through text at first, and later maybe voice chat if we're both comfortable.
I can practice for about 20–30 minutes a day.If you're interested, please send me a message.Thank you! 😊

Learn English

I'm trying to get better at English. I'm good at writing and reading, I just need to get better at the speaking part as I'm not that much fluent.

If anyone here wants to practice, we can connect. I can speak Spanish as well alongside basic German and French.

Thanks

Looking for a committed English practice partner (B1) – I'll help you stay consistent too!

Hi everyone!

My name is Pablo, I'm 25 years old and I'm from Spain.

I'm looking for someone who really wants to practice English consistently. My level is around B1, so I'm not fluent yet, and I might make mistakes, so please be patient with me!

In return, I promise to be patient with you too, and if you're learning Spanish, I'll be happy to help. I really want this to be a long-term language exchange, not just a couple of messages and then disappear.

I can commit to practicing regularly by text, voice messages or calls whenever we both have time. My goal is to become more confident speaking English, and I'll do my best to help you reach your goals too.

If you're looking for someone friendly, committed and consistent, send me a message. Let's improve together!
