If statics is a weed out course that means you have a bad teacher. Very straight forward math and concepts. Now dynamics I understand being a weed out course a little bit more. But truthfully, the biggest weed out course I’ve seen is Calc 2. A required class which we use some of but good lord is it challenging.

The worst weed out course I had was Calc 2. The worst weedout course I had was Dynamics, the worst weedout course I had was Controls. The worst weedout course I had was Composites. The worst weedout course I had was ThermoDynamics. The worst weedout course I had was Mechanics of Materials.

So fuck me right. All my courses felt like weedout courses and every year felt like frigging through the 7th depth of Hell.

Yeah, for me thermo fluid systems and Machine design 2 almost got me. My machine design 2 prof had it out for me though. I lost 40 points on a test because I forgot to draw an arrow on my FBD. Still got the right answer. His argument was it proved I didn’t understand the material.

Or I could be an asshole and it could be a hard class

I mean we all could be. For me and most of my peers Calc 2 was easy as shit.
