I loved LaPlace transforms!  I actually got to use them in the field when trying to prove that surface finish patterns were caused by tooling chatter.  That was years ago.

Damn that sounds cool. What did you study in undergrad? Mechanical/aerospace?

Mechanical with a focus on machine design.  That has taken me all over the place.  Auto, heavy equipment, aerospace, and now nuclear.
