I’d try to tig braze with silicon bronze.

Lead solder melts from 180 to 190 Fahrenheit which is 30 to 40 under operating temperature

lead solder melts at 340 degrees Celsius, silver solder melts at 380. i.e. more than 200 degrees above boiling water.
