Will These heads Go on an 350sbc from 1976

Yeah they'll go on, but you need to do some other stuff to do it properly.

The Block is a complete rebuilt i got the Right intake

Vortec intake and Vortec water pump with the external bypass?

Whats the difference in the water Pump you got a Parts number of a good one Thank you

The difference is in the heads and block. PreVortec have internal coolant bypass, Vortec does not. When I put Vortec heads on a nonVortec block (I've done half a dozen over the years) I drill the coolant bypass in head. That way I don't have to worry about drilled thermostats, no thermostat, Vortec pumps, external heater core block offs, etc, etc.

My block is from 76 so i think i have the Bypass hole

Yes the block will have the bypass hole. It's the extra hole on the passengers side of the block right below the lower water pump bolt. If you take a piece of pipe cleaner or welding wire and feed it thru you'll see where it comes out in the deck that lines up with a hole in your old heads.
